The CR1800 does provide the total value. It counts numbers of banknotes.
The CR1800 provides full package counterfeit detection – UV (Ultra-violet, MG (Magnetic ink), and IR (Infra-red) detection functions. UV is the single most common method of counterfeit bill detection. Money counting machines equipped with MG detection scan each bill for the magnetic properties in the traces of iron particles in the ink. Infra-red detection involves the use of IR inks which are currently extremely difficult if not impossible for counterfeiters to replicate.
The BATCH and ADD functions allow the user to count out equal batches of banknotes, or conveniently add consecutive batches of bills together.
